Jacksonville Vet is and always has been awesome...so much so that I have been taking my pets to them for 30+ years! They truly care about their customers and give great care to them and their pets under all circumstances. The staff is very friendly and professional. Every doctor is great and they take the time to explain everything...they really seem to love their jobs. It is great to do business with an establishment that truly seems to love what they do. Jacksonville Vet is our "furever" vet!!

EDIT: The staff just called to apologize and hopefully the scheduling situation is solved so I've changed my rating. I do really like my vet and am hopeful this is resolved permanently so I can keep going here.
We love Dr. Thomas!! She is the most caring and friendly Vet that I have meet in years!! She is always willing to listen and take the time to know her pets and their owner!! I cant say enough about how much we love going to see her!!
For over 35 years we have loved the dedication of each person at Jacksonville Veterinary Hospital. They have lovingly cared for each of our pets medically, or as boarding guests. Applause for Dr. Lynch, Dr. Burke, and too many vets and staff to mention; I love them all.
I used to love this office but there's now only 1 vet reliably there that I trust my animals to and 3 times in the past 3 months the office staff have rescheduled my appointments but when I arrive I'm told my appointment was actually at a totally different time, either I've missed it or it's hours in the future. They are very nice and do what they can to fit me in but once is a mistake, 3 times is a pattern.
